Fast boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan:
Blu Water Express Fast Boat departs every morning from the port of Serangan.
Price per person per trip Rupiah 690,000 (60 €) includes shuttle service from your
hotel in Bali at the port, additional 50,000 rupiah to person from Ubud.
Transport must be paid at time of booking.
DEPOSIT Requirement:
1 night deposit to a maximum of 3 nights stay
2 nights deposit to a maximum of 6 nights stay
3 nights deposit in addition to 6 nights stay

NORMAL, HIGH and PEAK SEASONS
Low Season are between Jenuary 10 and 31 March
Normal Seasons are between April 1 and July 14
between September 16 to December 19.
High Seasons are between July 15 and September
Peak Seasons are between December 20 and January 9.
CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS
Cancellation policy: More than 30 days before the expected day of arrival: we will charge one
night at the normal published rate for each room booked.
Refund in any currency by bank transfer, after deduction of cancellation,
change and bank fees.
Less than 30 days no refund
PAYMENTS:
According to local regulations, every hotel guest must be registered and accommodation
payment must be settled upon check-in.
The hotel only accepts payment in cash EURO or RUPIAH (no US$).
